Does Beaver Mountain Have Builders?
We’ve chosen to keep our team of experts in-house, opting not to have dealers like many log or timber frame home companies. Our professional team will be with you from the initial Feasibility Conversation until your home is fully complete (and beyond!). We are a direct-to-buyer manufacturer of custom-crafted homes. The team members you start the process with stay with you throughout every phase of the project and are readily available whenever you need a question answered. We also keep communication simple and straightforward for your builder to ensure that your project keeps moving along quickly and is completed in a timely manner.
What happens when I (or my contractor) have questions during the design/build process?
Questions are a natural part of the home design and build process, and we’re committed to answering them promptly. Your Building Consultant is available throughout the project via email, text, or phone to address any concerns. Clients frequently praise the quick responses from their consultant, making the process easier to manage. We also encourage contractors to ask questions during construction and provide a direct contractor number for quick access to our engineering & manufacturing team, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses.
Can you help me find a contractor?
Absolutely! We help our clients recruit and meet with builders to help find a partnership for their home projects. As a builder-friendly company, we have built solid professional relationships with builders all over the Northeast. We also encourage clients to bring their own builders to projects too – especially if you have a great relationship established from previous home building experiences! Contractors do not have to have experience building log or timber frame homes to construct our homes. Our precut and numbered materials are designed to go up quickly and easily without the hassle of cutting logs in the field.
Can you help me find other professionals (i.e. interior designers, landscapers, etc…)
Yes, we can help with that! In addition to our in-house team of professionals, we’ve spent years networking with professionals throughout the Northeast.
