We would love to welcome you to our upcoming Open House at Beaver Mountain. If you have been thinking about building a custom home, this is a relaxed and helpful way to visit us, meet our team, and learn more about what the process looks like before construction begins.
Join us on Saturday, October 10th from 9am–3pm at our offices, Design Studio, and manufacturing facility in Deposit, New York. Whether you are just beginning to gather ideas, already own land, or thinking ahead to a 2027 build, we invite you to spend some time with us, explore materials and project examples, and ask questions in a no-pressure setting.
Guests are welcome to stop in throughout the day. We’ll be offering a guided tour at 11am, followed by lunch, giving visitors a chance to see more of our facility, learn how our building systems are prepared, and spend time with the Beaver Mountain team.
During the Open House, you can tour our Design Studio, learn more about our log, timber frame, hybrid, and custom wood home systems, and see how Beaver Mountain supports each project through design, engineering, construction drawings, material preparation, and builder coordination. You will also see how our manufacturing process prepares the building components, pre-cut logs, pre-framed panels, and materials that support builders in the field.
For many people, the hardest part of building a custom home is knowing where to begin. The Open House is a great first step because it gives you a chance to learn about the process, talk with our team, and start thinking through common questions about land, site visits, timelines, budgeting, permitting, builders, and what information to gather early.
