Nothing says “Hello, Fall!” like the annual Beaver Mountain Open House! This year, our event will take place at our Deposit, NY location on Saturday September 27th, 2025 from 9am to 3pm. Enjoy a gorgeous fall weekend in the Catskills and learn a bit about our design and manufacturing process.

Join Us For a Factory Tour at 11am
Our factory tours are always a crowd pleaser, and this year’s tour will begin at 11am. You’ll have the opportunity to “peek behind the curtain” and see the steps that go into crafting a custom home. Bring your construction questions and our team of experts will gladly answer them throughout the tour. Clients and contractors alike love our factory tours since they provide the backdrop to a better understanding of our process, and offer a firsthand glimpse of how each home we design is a custom-crafted work of art.

Complimentary Lunch & Prizes Starting at 12pm
Starting at noon, we’ll be serving up a complimentary lunch of hot dogs and burgers to guests. All day long, there will be additional treats like popcorn, donuts, cookies, and freshly brewed coffee to enjoy as well.
One lucky guest will take home our annual open house door prize: a Beaver Mountain-branded Wetlands Camo Yeti tumbler and a pound of locally roasted coffee!
