Built Together: Our 2025 Highlights

From team milestones and new tools to meaningful growth behind the scenes, 2025 pushed us forward in ways we’re proud to share. We are so grateful for all that our fantastic team has accomplished this year and would love to share some of our favorite highlights with you—our valued clients, contractors, and friends.

A Year Shaped by Our Team, Values, and Growth

Kicking off our highlight reel for 2025, we want to share some of the team milestones and accomplishments that helped shape our year in an impactful way. Our team member, TJ Engel, celebrated his 25th year with Beaver Mountain. Thank you, TJ, for your dedication and skill for the past quarter century! We also recognized Colin Prochazka, who marked five years with the Beaver Mountain team. Colin’s contributions over the last five years have played an important role in our continued success.

Our partnership with One Tree Planted continued in 2025, resulting in the planting of over 2,000 trees across the Northeastern United States. Supporting healthy forests and communities is an important part of how we think about building responsibly for the future.

This year, we transformed our showroom into a dedicated Design Studio, reflecting how our clients engage with us today. The updated studio supports a more personalized design experience, allowing our team to work closely with clients as we shape layouts, materials, and details that align with their land, lifestyle, and long-term goals. It’s one more way we’re investing in tools and spaces that make the custom home journey more intuitive, informed, and enjoyable.

We also launched The Beaver Mountain Home Journal on Substack, a dedicated space to educate clients and partners about the custom home design and build process. Through clear explanations, practical guidance, and behind-the-scenes insight, the journal helps demystify what can often feel like a complex journey, offering clarity and confidence well before the first plan is drawn. Be sure to subscribe and follow along in 2026.

A New Website, Designed with You in Mind

This year also marked the launch of our newly redesigned Beaver Mountain website. Created to better reflect who we are today, the new site makes it easier to explore our custom home portfolio, learn about our design and build process, and discover the many ways we support clients from early planning through construction. With improved navigation, expanded project features, and clearer guidance for each stage of the journey, the website serves as a helpful resource whether you are just beginning to dream or already moving forward with a build.

As always, client feedback played an important role in shaping this update. The refreshed site highlights our growing range of home styles, modern design options, and commitment to site-specific, thoughtfully crafted homes. We invite you to explore, get inspired, and follow along as we continue to add new projects, articles, and resources in the year ahead.

Simplifying Communication Throughout the Build

Clients often tell us that the most challenging part of building a custom home isn’t the design or the decisions, but keeping track of all the moving pieces. To make that easier, we are incorporating BuilderTrend into our project management process. This secure, password-protected, private online portal gives each client a centralized place to access everything related to their project, all in one easy-to-use space.

BuilderTrend enhances the overall client experience by streamlining communication and coordination between our design team, clients, and contractors. It serves as a hub for messages, documents, schedules, and selections, helping keep every detail organized, accessible, and transparent throughout the design and build process. This added clarity and efficiency supports our commitment to exceptional service and allows us to share updates more seamlessly as your custom home is thoughtfully designed and crafted by our team.

With Gratitude, Looking Ahead

Thank you for trusting us with your homes, your projects, and your vision. We’re honored to be part of what you’re building, now and for generations to come. We look forward to all of the wonderful things that await us in 2026 and hope that your holiday season is full of health, happiness, and the company of loved ones. Cheers!
