A Fully Integrated Design-Build Approach

Beaver Mountain is built on true integration. We offer a fully in-house experience that brings architectural design, engineering, precision-crafted materials, and construction guidance together under one roof. The result is a home where every detail is aligned, every decision is thoughtful, and every space reflects your vision.

Unlike the traditional approach, where homeowners are left coordinating between designers, engineers, suppliers, and contractors, we help simplify the process from the very beginning.

We support that experience through a cohesive, step-by-step process:

History of Beaver Mountain

At Beaver Mountain, we understand that building a home begins long before the foundation is poured—it starts with trust, expertise, and a shared vision. For over 40 years, we’ve been designing and crafting truly custom homes that reflect the unique lifestyle, values, and legacy of each family we work with. Our roots run deep: the Clark family’s building tradition began in the early 1900s on Silver Lake in Hancock, NY, and has continued for five generations. From those first handcrafted homes to the creation of our builder-friendly log and timber home packages in the 1980s, our commitment to quality, innovation, and client-focused service has never wavered.
