It’s hard to believe that we’re staring down the last few weeks of 2021 already! Sometimes these holiday weeks can feel a bit overwhelming with visitors, baking, cooking and decorating, so here are some of our favorite tips and tools to help make it easier! We want you to enjoy the holidays!

Invest in a large cutting board.

If you’re like most people, your cutting board could probably use an upgrade! Not only is a large board great for meal prep, but it’s perfect for carving meats, or charcuterie! Tips for an Eco-Friendly Home

Many of our clients are looking to include eco-friendly, green features into their homes. As you’re planning your new custom home (or just getting ideas for your current home), here are a few tips and ideas to reduce your carbon footprint and stay healthier in the process!

Kitchen

Use natural cleaning products. Vinegar, baking soda, rubbing alcohol make a fantastic window and glass cleaner. Lemon juice can help remove stains from countertops (and is fantastic as an adhesive remover too!) Baking soda freshens up carpets. Not only are these all extremely effective, they are cheap and almost always at hand! Vinegar and a bit of dish soap is also quite effective as a weed killer. Summer Favorite Recipes!

Summer is officially here and we’re ready to grill! If you’re like us, you’re looking for a few new recipes to try out, so we thought we’d share a few of our favorites!

First up is Blackend Grilled Salmon with Mango Avocado Salsa. This is a tried and true hit with all ages! It’s best if you can plan ahead and make the salsa a few hours before cooking to let the flavors all meld together. We made this over the weekend and it was delicious! CONTINUE READING
