Every Beaver Mountain home starts with a site visit. This ensures that your log or timber frame home will be fully customized for your property. Our design team considers sun exposure, slope, driveway, and the best ways to maximize your property’s unique views. With Beaver Mountain, you can work with our in house design team, our architectural partner, or bring in your architect for the project. The Design and Build Process

After our initial site visit, our design team will work with you to create the ideal timber frame or log home that matches the logistics of your property site and your unique lifestyle. From there, our Regional Building Consultant will put you in touch with Adirondack and Capital-Region-specific builders. Once details are finalized with your design, our in-house team gets to work handcrafting the materials for your custom home.
