What’s more, the pieces have been precision cut so they fit snug and smooth, and expedite the builder’s tasks at the job site. (A Beaver Mountain Technical Assistant is also there to make sure everything gets off to a good start.)

Just how does this log pre-numbering system look and work? And how can you be sure those "precision cuts" are what we say they are? By attending one of our free Log Building Workshops offered many times over the course of the year at the Beaver Mountain Mill in Deposit, NY. You can visit our facility and watch how a log wall goes up, check the craftsmanship with your own eyes and hands, and ask questions of our manufacturing personnel. The sneak peek – pre-delivery inspection
When your log home package is ready to ship, we can arrange for you to see your own logs and how they fit together, before they leave our factory en route to your job site. We call this "dry-stacking." (As you can imagine, this requires some coordination and flexibility between you and Beaver Mountain. So call us for details.)
