Nothing can compare to the experience of being able to visit our log home models and the place where all our homes are created. Located in the majestic Catskill Mountains, our Model Homes & Design Center are on Route 17/I-86, just 6 miles west of Hancock, New York. Take the opportunity to browse our informative Design Center, where you'll get a hands-on look at corner styles, log wall samples, window samples, railing styles, roof systems and inspirational images and floorplan designs that will help get your dream home started!

Then grab a cup of coffee and come leisurely explore our display of 3 model homes! You'll see the contemporary Cedar Ridge, a 1700 square foot home with a modern look. Then move on to the Classic Lodge, which offers 2200 square feet of luxury living. The Grandview is currently undergoing remodeling, but is open to browse. This 3900 square foot home has it all - a huge eat in kitchen, master suite with fireplace, guest suites as well as a huge living room with a gorgeous stone fireplace.

New this year is our Gazebo/Pavillion model. This Pavillion was designed in response to overwhelming demand for an outdoor living space to compliment your Beaver Mountain Home. It's a perfect addition to any landscaping, or could even be attached to your home! It offers all the custom crafted touches that you expect from Beaver Mountain, including handcrafted touches with 10 inch and 8 inch beams and timbers.

The Showroom, Design Center and Model Homes are open Monday-Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm. For your convenience, appointments are appreciated.
