Lodge Model Wins National Award
"Excellence in Model Home design 2000" award

Beaver Mountain Log Homes, Inc. was recently awarded an Honorable Mention in the “2000 Excellence in Model Home Design Contest” sponsored by Building Systems Magazine and the Building Systems Councils of the National Association of Home Builders. We submitted our 2,300-square foot Classic Lodge model home.

The annual Model Home Design Contest is open to all members of the Building Systems Councils. Awards were given to the best model homes measuring both more than and fewer than 2,220-square feet. Winners were selected based on overall design, buyer appeal, model merchandising, exterior treatments, landscaping, and other amenities.

You can visit the Classic Lodge, as well as our other three model homes, at our Model Log Homestead, located on Rt. 17 in Hancock, NY.
